Executive Chef Antwan Ellis

Antwan brings years of high-end hospitality experience to Hamilton's Kitchen at The Alfond Inn. A graduate of the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Hotel Management, Ellis has built his career on strong culinary leadership and operational excellence. His experience includes serving as Executive Chef de Cuisine at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club in Bermuda and most recently as Executive Chef and Culinary Director at Emmitt's Vegas, where he led culinary operations in one of the country's fastest-paced dining markets. At Hamilton's Kitchen, Chef Ellis focuses on seasonal ingredients, well-crafted menus, and genuine hospitality, creating memorable dining experiences while supporting the continued growth of the restaurant's culinary program.
