Charcuterie review by Dekcreate
We ordered the charcuterie platter to share and it arrived looking very hotel-chic: neatly arranged cured meats, a couple of cheeses, olives, pickled veggies, and sliced bread. Presentation was beautiful—this is a board you wouldn't mind posting on Instagram. Flavor-wise, everything was fresh and delicious. The meats and cheeses were nicely sliced and tastes complimented each other. Portion felt fair for two people to share, but if you're hungry or expecting something generous, it may feel light for the price.
Whipped Goat Cheese review by Paul
The crostini with whipped goat cheese and cranberry jam was a delicious appetizer. The goat cheese spread well over the crostini and the jam was just the right touch.

The avocado toast here is NEXT LEVEL! It's extremely fresh, flavorful and colorful. The corn salad is also a very nice touch! I will definitely be coming back for another one in the near future!

Steak was cooked perfectly and the chimichurri sauce was flavorful and delicious. The fingerling roasted potatoes were my favorite and, to my surprise, I enjoyed the Chinese broccoli which had a little kick to it. I was pleased with my choice.

If you ever find yourself in Winter Park and want a meal that feels like a warm hug, head straight to Hamilton's Kitchen inside The Alfond Inn. I ordered the salmon dinner on my last visit, and honestly, wow. It was one of those dishes that makes you stop mid conversation just to appreciate what's happening on your plate.

I am a frequent guest at the Alfond and always enjoy the meals at Hamilton's!This trip I had a new item at brunch the breakfast sandwich -it was really fantastic-a grilled multi grain bread with folded in scrambled eggs cheese that was a perfectly done combo with arugula and a aioli sauce that was a accent to complete a first class not you usual breakfast sandwich! The accompanying potatoes were done just right and it was a fantastic addition to the brunch menu - Sitting out by the fountain listening to the saxophone...Chefs kiss !
